If looks could kill: The moment Strictly dance rivals Kate and dumped Gabby met on the GMTV sofa

It was almost handbags at dawn when Gabby Logan came face to face with dance floor rival Kate Garraway.

The two TV presenters met on the GMTV sofa this morning, days after Logan moaned about being voted off Strictly Come Dancing because she didn't have Garraway's "populist support".

Logan moaned: "I knew I would always struggle for votes as I don't do a show on telly where you have populist support."

Garraway showed little sympathy and defiantly hit back, saying: "You have to realise it's a pantomime. Some people don't. People spend their cash voting so they should get what they want."

Logan admitted she cried all day Sunday, making Garraway look uncomfortable.
