But diminutive actress Isla Fisher is almost back to her pre-pregnancy weight just three weeks after her daughter Olive was born.
The 31-year-old actress gave birth to a baby girl, Olive, in Los Angeles just over three weeks ago. And from the looks of it, motherhood clearly agrees with her.

Miss Fisher, who is engaged to Borat and Ali G creator Sacha Baron Cohen, ballooned to such a huge size while pregnant, she complained she could no longer fit behind the steering wheel of her Mini Cooper.
Yesterday in LA, however, she had no problems slipping her petite frame into her car as she embarked on her first shopping spree since giving birth last month.
Wearing fitted jeans and a transparent kaftan top, the 5ft 3in tall star looked svelte once again now she has shed the enormous baby bump she was carrying until October 17.
The Wedding Crashers star is thought to have lost the extra pounds naturally through breastfeeding.

She has put her workload on hold while she enjoys her first taste of motherhood.
Australian Miss Fisher, who splits her time between London and Hollywood with 36-year-old Cohen, said during her pregnancy: 'There is no way I am going to worry about missing out on work or the pressure to lose weight.
'At the moment I am not even planning any work. As far as I am concerned I am fully booked up in my personal life and I cannot see beyond that.'
She added while her morning sickness subsided after the first few months, pregnancy had led to other woes: 'I used to drive a Mini Cooper. I loved my little car but unfortunately my belly no longer fits under the steering wheel.
'But I feel great and have never been happier.'

Having moved to Los Angeles, the couple now count celebrities such as Naomi Watts, Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox as their friends.
Isla too is finally finding success in Hollywood after roles in The Wedding Crashers and Runaway Bride.
But she said, she had no plans to jump back into a busy work schedule just yet: "I plan on just colouring in books. I'll focus on that for the next few years."
The couple are planning a traditional Jewish wedding after Miss Fisher converted to Cohen's religion.
Cohen - who is one of Hollywood's most bankable stars and is set to pocket £24 million for his next comedy film Bruno - was said to be 'thrilled' with being a father.
A spokesman said: 'Olive is a beautiful, healthy baby girl. Mother and daughter are doing great.'
Meanwhile, it appears mother-to-be Christina Aguilera has taken up the biggest bump mantle following Isla's safe delivery of baby Olive.
