It's almost time to go: Big Brother's Mario and 'bully' Alexandra up for eviction

The nominations are in - and it's Alex and Mario who will go head-to-head in a battle for their place in the house this Friday.

The housemates gave Big Brother their very first set of nominations on Monday morning - and the results were announced tonight.

The group was gathered on the sofas as the voice from above revealed there would be just two housemates facing the chop this week.

Alex scored nominations from her fellow housemates because of her bullying tactics.

She has caused a number of heated rows in the house and the boys and girls are becoming annoyed with her constant temper tantrums.

Meanwhile, Mario - who faces getting cut for the second time - has been nominated by his housemates because they believe he is too domineering.

The housemates moaned after he tried to take over the Music Task from Darnell earlier in the week.

Mario escaped eviction last week after he went up against lover Lisa, and fellow housemates Stephanie and Luke.

They faced the public vote after failing the Wedding Task.
