Nicole Kidman struggled for years to fall pregnant and now it appears she's determined to keep her body - and baby - in the best of health.
With her emerging bump on show, the 40-year-old was spotted walking through Sydney's Centennial Park today during an afternoon session with her personal trainer.

She was recently seen showing off her growing stomach to a group of friends, and there's yet another body transformation she's looking forward to.
She has reportedly said: "Being pregnant, I'll have bigger boobs. That's one of the many good things I can think of that will come of it."
The Oscar-winning actress, who pulled out of post-World War II drama The Reader after discovering she was pregnant, has been nesting at her Darling Point home in recent weeks.

Nicole also has two adopted children, Isabella, 15, and Connor, 13, with ex-husband Tom Cruise.
Since word of her pregnancy broke, she has received congratulatory wishes from all round, with Cruise's new wife Katie Holmes calling the news "wonderful", and friend George Clooney saying: "I'm thrilled for her. She'll be a perfect mother."
It was, of course, very welcome news for Nicole, who recently revealed she endured two "very traumatic" miscarriages during her marriage to Cruise.
Nicole has made no secret of her hopes for more children, saying: "Keith and I would really love to have a big family. But I'm so happy at the moment, I couldn't ask for anything more."
