Jade: I am ready now for heaven

Jade Goody says she is not scared of dying and is ready to go to heaven.

The terminally-ill reality TV star said the only thing that upset her was that she will never see her loved ones again. But she joked that all they had to do when they thought of her was to look for the "fattest star up there".

Joke: Jade, pictured last night, said she'd be "fattest star"

Speaking to OK! magazine on the eve of her wedding to Jack Tweed on Sunday, Jade, 27, also revealed she is preparing her sons Bobby, five, and four-year-old Freddie for her death.

She said: "I have a book the hospital gave me. It's about a badger that's dying and it explains about heaven and where people go. The doctors will know when it's time and they will tell me when it's right for me to say goodbye. It'll be hard to do it, knowing I will never see them again, but I want them to see me before I get really poorly."

In the interview, out today, the cancer victim admitted that when told there was no hope, she wanted to end her life there and then. Jade said: "When I first got told, I just wanted to give up. I said, 'I just want to go now, just give me an injection or tablet'."

After the wedding, she said: "I've had the happiest day of my life. Now I ' m ready to go to heaven."
