He said: "I've met Peter Andre a couple of times and he's one of the loveliest guys in the world. It would be amazing if they got back together but I think it's unlikely to happen."

The former X Factor contestant said: "She came over and said hi and then asked me to come and have a drink. We got chatting and she said, 'Oh, you've got hair like my Harvey'. She was beaming when she was talking about her kids, which was really nice to see.

"But it seemed like the whole thing in the jungle had upset her because people kept voting to make her do the trials. I felt like she needed a bit of TLC so I gave her a hug and told her things would be okay."
