Yeah, baby! Jennifer Lopez confirmed her pregnacy during a performance in Miami last night

Lopez, 39, did not say when she was due to give birth.

Her expanding tummy has been at the centre of much attention recently, but until now she had kept mum on her impending arrival.

But while she went to extraordinary lengths to keep onlookers guessing, her close friend Roberto Cavalli let slip the news earlier this month.

Cavalli noted that each week the singer, who is thought to be almost four months pregnant, gets larger, forcing him to change his designs for her touring costumes.

He admitted in an off-guard moment: "Well Jennifer Lopez, at this moment, she requests something very special because she is waiting for the baby."
