Jessica Alba looks stunning as she shows off her baby bump for the first time

Actress Jessica Alba glowed as she showed off her growing baby bump for the first time.

At the Los Angeles premiere of her film The Eye, the starlet who is expecting her first child in the spring with producer fiance Cash Warren looked stunning in a flowing navy blue gown and black heels.

Both she the soon-to-be father looked in good health and delighted to be showing off the actress's blooming form.

With boyfriend and soon-to-be proud father Cash Warren at the same event

Talking about the new film on the red carpet the star said: "I just thought it was a really interesting story, a grown woman who is independent and blind has a corneal transplant, gains the ability to see and then starts taking on these bizarre psychic abilities. I just thought it was a great premise."

She admitted she is taking things easier ahead of giving birth: "I was taking this time off anyway so it's kind of perfect. I'm feeling great but you get a little more tired because all the blood's going to the tummy."
