Jessica Alba's face of thunder shows the strain of pregnancy

A heavily-pregnant Jessica Alba looked like she wanted to go home - and fast - after dining out with her fiancé in New York.

The normally cheerful beauty, who is reportedly expecting twins, looked miserable in the Big Apple at the weekend.

With her due date not until June 8, the Fantastic Four actress still has almost three months to go before she gives birth.

Perhaps it was being in the city that never sleeps and not home in California, that put 26-year-old Alba in such a bad mood, as her demeanour was a complete contrast to her previous glowing comments about pregnancy.

"It's (being pregnant) awesome. It's the best time ever," she said.

Of her changing figure, she added: "When you're pregnant, your breasts are engorged and your stomach is getting bigger by the second."
