Voters will choose their first celebrity evictee after series winner Josie Gibson quit the show moaning that she was "claustrophobic".
McCririck made no secret of his wish to be given the shove, wandering round with a small banner saying "evict me please".
He told Davina McCall when he went into the house on Tuesday that he would like to be out as soon as possible.
McCririck also said he was only in it for the money.
The curmudgeonly presenter has already been in dispute with producers and is refusing to talk to anyone.
Ladies' man Coolio - known for his hit Gangsta's Paradise - was getting to grips with his female housemates yesterday, getting into the bath with Chantelle and giving Makosi a lingering cuddle.
The eviction takes place tonight with two other housemates, Michelle Bass and Victor Ebuwa, set to join.
Josie, who began life in the latest series Ultimate Big Brother just hours after winning the £100,000 prize on Tuesday, walked out of a fire exit yesterday.
After leaving the house, Josie was filmed kissing former housemate and love interest John James.
Reflecting on her exit, she said: "I felt so claustrophobic. I think the problem was that I left and saw my friends and family and then went back in."
She said "every second seemed like an hour" without John James.
