Kate Moss out-and-about in London today: Still a beauty, shame about the knees

If the 33-year-old model, worth a reported £30 million, ever begins to feel insecure about her knees, she can always opt for a knee 'lift' - a procedure that Demi Moore reportedly underwent.

This involves an incision where the skin on the front of the knees begins to fold, just above the knee cap. Loose skin is cut out and the wound stitched shut.

With her Topshop collection due out on 1 May, we're sure Kate has more important things on her mind.
