Kate Moss chooses daring see-through dress for evening out in Instanbul

The model opted for her most outrageous look yet as she stepped out in a sheer polka dot maxi dress, leaving little to the imagination, which revealed her bra-less chest.

And she also appeared to be completely without underwear underneath the risqué gown.

Boyfriend Jamie Hince was also along for the ride, although his outfit of black jeans and leather jacket seemed somewhat conservative alongside his exhibitionist girlfriend.

However, this was not her usual West End haunt, nor trendy Hoxton where such outfits are de rigeur.

Kate rocked up to the opening of the exhibition of photographs by late fashion photographer Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott, in the Turkish city of Istanbul, dressed in the ethnic influenced dress, which she accessorised with huge silver gypsy-style earrings, and a silver coin bracelet.

The secular country has a long Islamic tradition, with around 94 per cent of the population are Muslim.

Luckily for Kate Turkish society is modern and predominantly secular, so European dress styles prevail.

But maybe a see-through dress without underwear isn't  quite what the Turks had in mind.

However clearly this didn't deter her from drawing the maximum attention for her 'brief-less' appearance at the exhibition.

Moss is currently on the cover of US fashion bible W magazine, in a new Bruce Weber photoshoot.

The July 08 cover sees her sandwiched between models Daria Werbowy and Lara Stone in a typically raunchy shoot from Weber.
