All glammed up and somewhere to go, model Kate Moss put some extra effort into cutting a dash on the red carpet.
With her blonde locks looking fuller than usual, the reason why became apparent as one of the model's hair extensions fell out leaving her red-faced.
The embarrassing incident happened as Kate returned from the afterparty for her new fragrance 'Velvet Hour' at a Berlin Club.

Dressed in a jewel encrusted black minidress and a pair of Christian Louboutin T-bar heels, Kate arrived at the event looking elegant, with her trademark 'bedhead' hair looking fashionably tousled.
But by the time she returned to her hotel, the model had clearly partied harder than her usual standards, as she left a piece of her hair behind on the red carpet.
A cheeky photographer even picked up the hair piece and held it up to take a photo.

Meanwhile, Kate is expected to fly to Majorca this weekend with boyfriend Jamie Hince for a dose of rest and relaxation.
Topshop billionaire Sir Phllip Green is reportedly paying £100,000 to fly her out for the luxury holiday after she complained of feeling 'a bit run down'.
A source is quoted in The Sun as saying: 'Kate phoned him in tears, saying she is exhausted from too much travel and emotionally battered.'
