Kate Moss signs £3m design deal with Topshop

City analysts believe the reported deal as first revealed in Monday's edition of London Lite could be worth up to £3 million.
The 32-year-old catwalk queen has joined forces with the store's owner Phillip Green to produce a range for his high street stores for next spring.
Rumours started flying about a possible joint venture between the pair after the style icon startled observers at the weekend by appearing in Topshop's catwalk show, ahead of the official start of London Fashion Week.
And billionaire Green has ended the speculation, announcing that Moss's clothes will be available in Topshop's 308 branches. He refused to confirm exactly how much he was paying her but her involvement represents a startling catch for Topshop.
Commenting on the deal, Mr Green said: "Kate has a unique position as a true fashion icon and I look forward to helping to develop 'Kate Moss for Topshop' into a global brand."
Moss added: "I have always been a big fan of Topshop and regularly shop there. I love what they stand for and am very excited at the thought of working with them."
It sets the seal on a triumphant comeback for the fashion queen who was dropped as the face of several ad campaigns after photographs of her allegedly snorting cocaine were published last year.
The scandal doesn't seem to have hindered her career with a host of international contracts for prestige brands Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Calvin Klein and Christian Dior boosting her annual income to more than £30million.
