Lindsay Lohan gets a natural high

Notorious Hollywood party girl Lindsay Lohan is trying her best to enjoy simplier pleasures.

The troubled Mean Girls star was released from rehab for a day trip, opting to soak up the sun on a bike ride around California's Venice Beach.

The star decided to cancel her 21st birthday party, which was set to be held in Las Vegas

Later, she tried her hand at rollerblading, with the help of two friends.

Lohan, who checked into rehab on May 29 for the second time this year, recently cancelled her 21st birthday party on July 2, which was set to be sponsored by a vodka company.

Kate Turner, a spokesperson for PURE, the Las Vegas venue originally chosen for the party, told American magazine PEOPLE: "Due to the unique circumstances, as Lindsay's birthday party at PURE Nightclub has been cancelled. We think the world of her and look forward to working with her in the future."

She added: "We support Lindsay and wish her the best as she is taking care of personal matters at this time."

Lohan is reportedly planning to stay at the Promises clinic beyond one month, with one friend saying: "We don't know how much longer because of her work schedule, but she is taking rehab very seriously this time and not messing around."
