In recent days, Lindsay has been finding comfort in Brody Jenner, star of the US reality show The Hills.

They were spotted together in New York on Saturday night, where they stopped in at Beatrice Inn and The Box.

Onlookers say the pair were "all over each other".

A Lindsay source told People magazine at the time: "She likes him. It's early, but they are more than friends."

"He seems to like her back. They're actually sweet together, it would be nice if she kept him around."
