Jessica and Welsh actor Ioan Gruffudd hit the blue carpet with the cast of the new action film in Leicester Square.
The 26-year old actress, voted the world's hottest woman plays The Invisible Woman (aka Susan Storm).
She said that her cousins are so taken with her action figure that they have bought loads of them.
Alba said: "It's so funny seeing yourself as an action figure! But my family love it - I have lots of cousins and they've all started collecting them, which is funny!"
Gruffudd, plays Alba's husband Mr. Fantastic in the film, added that he was impressed with the accuracy of his action figure.
He said: "When you see the profile of the toy, it has my massive nose - which is quite impressive!"
The last outing from the Fantastic Four took over £167 million worldwide.
This time around our heroes find themselves fighting to save earth from destruction as the Silver Surfer races around the globe wreaking havoc.
Gruffudd added: "In this movie you see the evolution of the characters.
"We are a lot more comfortable and relaxed with one another, we're believable as a family of super heroes, or a dysfunctional family, of super heroes."
After the premiere the Fantastic Four gang tried their best to keep up with the English party scene.
Jessica, Chris Evans, Ioan Gruffudd and Michael Chiklis hit trendy restaurant Cocoon in Piccadilly - but it looks like they couldn't handle the pace.
Alba - who changed into a sexy black number for the afterparty - was helped out of the venue by her burly bodyguards, while Chris Evans looked slightly worse for wear as he clambered into a cab with a mystery woman.
