He was spotted with a rather healthy selection of goods at the local Sainsbury's — along with a big pack of toilet paper. Perhaps he's been relegated to provide bathroom supplies for the house.

Thieves target X Factor house

Police were called to the X Factor house on Monday — the second call there in five days — after several thousand pounds' worth of video equipment was stolen from a show van on the property.

Despite the six-bedroom house in West Hampstead having tight security, thieves looted a crew member's van outside the building, late on Monday night.

Police are looking for two male suspects who scaled the fence.

The incident came after police were called last Thursday to deal with 100 besotted women who tried to scale the property's fences and see the contestants.
