Mel B flies off for a romantic break following dance show triumph

The Spice Girl left Los Angeles for a break in Toronto following a successful week on the U.S. version of Strictly Come Dancing which saw her achieve a perfect score and become favourite to win.
Mel became the new favourite after previous front-runner - Disney 'Cheetah Girls' actress Sabrina Bryan - was voted off in a shock elimination.

Whether the rest of the Spice Girls will be happy about Mel's latest holiday - or her standing as front-runner for the Dancing With The Stars title is unclear.
The girl group are all in Los Angeles where they are set to start rehearsing for the bands upcoming reunion tour and according to published reports, there is already tension among the group over Mel's commitments to the reality show.

Favourite: Mel B has emerged as the favourite to win the US version of Strictly Come Dancing after the front runner Sabrina Bryan was voted off
Mel was the first to be saved in the viewers vote after having scored a perfect 30 points with a Spicy Rumba on Monday's live show.
Bryan had been the only other contestant to receive a perfect score prior to her shock exit.

As the Spice Girl and professional partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy finished their romantic routine they draped themselves over judges Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba.
Len Goodman was left out in the cold after he scored the couple one point below the other judges in last weeks show.

Overjoyed: Judge Carrie told Mel in the first week she didn't think she would be that good - but she's clearly changed her mind
Judge Bruno Tonioli said: "That wasn't a dance it was a cliffhanger. It was on the fine line of love and hate."
Inaba said: "That's the Rumba I've been waiting to see."
Goodman added: "I'm disappointed I only gave you a nine last week.
"That was perfected, inspected, dissected and as far as I'm concerned it won't be rejected."

Mel is about to begin rehearsals for the Spice Girl's tour which threaten to clash with her committments to the programme
The perfect score - the highest of the night - was a major triumph for the Spice Girl, who landed in the bottom two earlier this month.
The lowest score of the night went to Jane Seymour, who received just 22 points for her jive with partner Tony Dovolani.
