She was said to be keen to get back in trim because she expects to be back presenting BBC's One show later this month.
As Miss Klass arrived for talks at at television studios on London's South Bank, she showed off a flat stomach and toned legs in a fitted polka-dot knee-length dress and 4in heels.

Her trim physique and glowing complexion are the result of gruelling gym sessions.

The former Hear'Say singer went into labour after coming off air on August 15.
She gave birth the next day, with her 31-year-old fiancé Graham Quinn, on hand, and is said to be adjusting to motherhood - with some drawbacks.
A friend said: 'She was not up until midday because the baby kept her awake all night.
'Mum and dad were both suffering sleep deprivation.
'Myleene had a couple of weeks of gluttony, but then started work with a vengeance last month on losing her baby weight .'
