Oh do beehive! Amy shows she's got a head for style

Newlywed songstress Amy Winehouse strutted down Hollywood Boulevard yesterday while filming her new music video – sporting an foot-high beehive hairdo.

The video for the song Tears Dry On Their Own sees the singer, famed for her distinctive hairstyles, walking past all forms of life, from prostitutes to policemen.

More follows...

The tune is the latest from the 23-year-old's second album Back to Black, which this week returned to the top of the charts six months after its release.

Amy's previous single, Rehab, revealed how her management urged her to get help for her hard drinking. Judging by the height of her huge hair she could have been concealing anything from a miniature bottle of gin to a whole bottle of wine.

Last week Amy married her boyfriend Blake Fielder-Civil in Florida - and apparently refused to make him sign a pre-nuptial agreement.

A friend was quoted saying: "Blake has been singing, 'They tried to make me sign a pre-nup, but I said no, no, no', to the tune of her hit Rehab. Some people worry he is only after her money."
