Ouch! Emmerdale's feisty Viv kicks thieving Freddie between the legs in violent new episode

In a desperate bid to clear her name, Viv Hope would do anything to find the man who framed her for stealing charity money.

The vicar's wife begs her daughter to lend her some money to hire a private investigator after finding out the where-abouts of thieving Freddie Yorke.

But her family refuse to give her the money and Viv (Deena Payne) resorts to using her twins' savings to pay for a tape that the investigator has found.

The tape is a recording of Freddie confessing to setting Viv up as well as his whereabouts.

Viv finds Freddie (Keith Woodason) and attacks him by kneeing him between the legs.

The ballsy lady makes a run for the police station with the tape recording, but Freddie has taken her twins hostage and Viv has to give him the recording in exchange for her children.

Things take a turn for the worse when Freddie throws the recording into the pond and the police arrive to find Viv standing near the missing money.

How will she be able to explain the missing cash?

Episode to be aired Tuesday 15th July.
