The Wedding Crashers comedian, still looking tired and dishevelled, was spotted indulging in a hotdog while strolling around Los Angeles with a friend yesterday.

The magazine reports he has hired a "sober companion" for £350-a-day to accompany the actor around the clock.
Meanwhile, his family are also said to be keeping his ex-girlfriend Kate Hudson away from the actor, however she has been in touch with his younger brother Luke.

Wilson spent a week at Cedars-Sinai hospital in LA, after he attempted suicide at his Santa Monica home on 26 August.
