Moving out: Paris is selling her Hollywood Hills home
And the $4.25million (£2.09million) price tag is a considerable improvement on the price she paid at the beginning of 2005 - just under $3million.
The 1926 Spanish-style house went on the market on Friday and was described as "a very special celebrity owned home" by MLS, the multiple listing service that brokers and customers rely on for a first look at available properties.
When the Hilton heiress bought the four-bedroomed property, which also has a separate guest quarter and office, her uncle Mauricio Umansky said "she fell in love with the house".
He added: "Hollywood Hills is a hip, trendy place close to all the action."
Perhaps the "action" was too close last month when photographers camped on the doorstep of the residence above Sunset Boulevard after the celebutante was released from jail on "home confinement" - and then was taken back again.
The 26-year-old had been sentenced to a 45-day jail sentence for a probation violation.
The paparazzi's stake-out prompted some residents to circulate a letter advising neighbours to call police about the noise and traffic.
Paris is making the most of being a free woman since serving time behind bars.
She looked demure in a sparkly little black number as she arrived at the red carpet for the premiere of Rush Hour 3 last night, looking a state of sobriety.
One thing that jail has seemed to have taught her is that it is possible to go out without having to get hammered.
