Sweat it out: the singer says he's a gym fanatic
Even the man himself, who was clad in muscle t-shirt and shorts, couldn't help but gaze admiringly at the impressive results.
Rhydian recently said: "I'm under no illusion - I'm no oil painting. My physique is alright, but visually I'm like the back end of a bus."
"I love working out - it's part of who I am.
"A lot of classical singers let themselves go - they're round fatties and I don't want to be like that."

Impressed: Rhydian gives his muscles a once over
The 23-year-old Welshman, who has consistently wowed the judges with his operatic vocals, said: "It actually works for me. If you strip it down to its bare minimum without the riffs, because Mariah and Whitney try to outriff each other.
"It's a beautiful song, with amazing lyrics and it was fantastic to work with Steve Mac, who's one of the world's best producers."
The X Factor final takes place on December 15.
