Pete Doherty plays family man as he spends Sunday afternoon with son and former girlfriend

Troubled sInger Pete Doherty put his problems behind him earlier today as he played the family man by spending a quiet afternoon with his former girlfriend and son.
Doherty, who has had numerous brushes with the law, took his son Astile and his ex-partner Lisa Moorish to a trendy pub in Covent Garden, central London.
The trio were clearly enjoying themselves and at one point were jumping off the pub steps onto the pavement.

Doherty later sat on the pub steps with his arms around Lisa Moorish as he smoked a cigarette.
The quiet afternoon - at least by Doherty's standards - should help the Babyshambles frontman forget about the £918.27 compensation he had to pay a photographer last week after he pleaded guilty to charges of criminal damage.
Doherty, 29, smashed a photographer's camera on a day out with family before he had to return to rehab.

The former Libertines singer lost his temper with South West News Service photographer Catherine Mead when she followed him and then girlfriend, Irina Lazareanu around the Somerset town of Crewkerne last August. He also had to pay £100 costs.
However, despite the court appearance, this is the second time this month Doherty has shown his softer side - a couple of weeks ago he paid tribute to cancer victim Daniel Squires, 16, who died on 4 July after losing his battle against bone cancer.
Doherty performed at the wake of the teenager, who he had met and become friends with after meeting backstage at a gig.
The singer took to the stage with his guitar teaming up with one of the teenager's friends in an emotional tribute following the funeral at South Shields Crematorium.
