Peter Andre has returned home to recover from a brain bug
The singer was diagnosed with viral meningitis but has now been declared healthy enough to leave hospital.
His spokeswoman said: "Peter Andre has been discharged from East Surrey Hospital.
"He now needs to be left alone with his family to recover and we ask that all the press respect Peter and Katie's privacy at this time."
The 34-year-old Australian singer was admitted to the hospital in Redhill, Surrey on April 22 after falling ill during a promotional tour in the US.
Earlier this week, his furious spokeswoman was forced to deny internet rumours that he was dead.
Thousands of devastated fans posted messages of condolence on his website after hearing the false news.
A statement released by his spokesperson quickly slammed the nasty rumours: "There has been a disgusting rumour circulating that Peter Andre has died. This is not true. Peter is feeling slightly better."
Andre's illness meant Jordan had to cancel the filming of their ITV fly-on-the-wall reality show, and the trial of the family's former nanny was also postponed after the glamour model failed to show up to give evidence.
Jordan - real name Katie Price - is currently eight months pregnant with the couple's second child.
The family are no strangers to adversity: Jordan's son Harvey, whose father is footballer Dwight Yorke, was born blind and suffers from other medical conditions.
The 4-year-old was rushed to hospital after scalding himself in a bath at the couple's home on New Year's Eve.
