Upset Katie: "I married for life, I'll always love my Pete"

He arrived home to find them gone from the couple's Surrey mansion last night — but the model had left behind her disabled son Harvey as she vanished to a mystery bolthole.

His decision: Peter Andre chose to split from Katie Price

A friend of the Flava singer, 36, said today: "Peter is devastated. He doesn't know where they all are."

Price — also known as Jordan — and Andre appeared to blame each other for the explosive end of their marriage, which was confirmed by her spokesman last night.

He was said to be furious after pictures of Jordan drunkenly flirting with a man in a Bristol nightclub emerged over the weekend.

It was reportedly the "last straw" for her husband, who had complained for years he could not trust her when she was drinking.

But Price said before jetting off: "This is not what I want and the decision has been taken out of my hands.I will always love my Pete."

Just two weeks ago the couple, who met while appearing on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! and married in 2005, held hands as they finished the London Marathon together, and talked afterwards of trying for another baby.

They have two children, son Junior, three, and 21-month-old Princess Tiaamii. Price had Harvey, seven, from a relationship with footballer Dwight Yorke.

But insiders have said that cracks in their high-profile marriage have been visible for months. Viewers of their latest fly-on-the-wall TV series — Katie And Peter: Stateside — saw the pair last Thursday subject each other to an astonishing tirade of expletive-laden abuse.

After a row in a Hollywood shop, Price, 30, branded her husband "an old f***ing singer no one knows about" before Andre called her a "stupid, miserable, arrogant cow".

Earlier she had accused him of having an affair. Friends close to the couple have claimed that Andre's focus on promoting his new album
had taken its toll on their relationship.
