Posh finds new £11m Beckingham Palace in Beverly Hills

The Beckhams will move into the sprawling villa, reported to have cost £11 million, in July following David's transfer to LA Galaxy.

The impressive home, described as modern and airy, has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, six marble fireplaces and a large-scale amusement room.

One source told The Mirror: "Inside it's like a five star hotel."

The pair have been preparing for their new Californian lifestyle - both now have matching blonde locks.

Victoria in particular has already been turning heads in Hollywood - she was spotted over the weekend shopping in a bold red dress, and a day earlier, was seen wearing a sheer black tank.

David, who is still in Spain playing for Real Madrid, is yet to view the new purchase in person, relying on pictures sent by Posh via text message.

The couple have plans to add with their own sense of style to the mansion: Posh quickly scheduled meetings with interior designers to discuss a revamp.

A family friend told US magazine People: "It's a massive relief for them. They looked at so many houses. They have been able to finally sort out the house and school."

The Beckhams, who have three children Brooklyn, 8, Romeo, 4, and Cruz, 2, are set to sell their home in Madrid, but will keep hold of their north London residence.

Adds the source: "Now they can rest easy for when they arrive. They will crack open a bottle of Champagne."
