Posh jostles her way to top of Spice Girls pack

The decision to leave her straggling at the end of the Spice Girls' line-up when the band relaunched was said to have wiped the smile off her face - had she been wearing one, that is.
So when the newly-reformed all-girl group got together for official publicity shots, there was no mistaking who would take centre stage.
Victoria Beckham - who is by far the richest and most high-profile of the band - was planted firmly in the middle with the other women framing her knowing pout over her shoulder.

Leading lady: Victoria Beckham takes top spot in the Spice Girls new promotional picture
And much like in life, the picture shows her standing head and shoulders above most of the other girls - seeming to clearly demonstrate who's boss.
The wife of footballer David Beckham reunited with fellow band members Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, Melanie Brown and Melanie Chisholm last month to announce the chart-topping band would be reforming.

Brassy: In the early days the girls had a very different look
They unveiled a 10-date tour kicking off in December - but when they posed for their reunion picture at the time, Mrs Beckham, 33, looked even more disgruntled than usual at being left at the end of the line-up while Miss Halliwell took centre stage.
Even the Roberto Cavalli bustier she was spilling out from and her skyscraper heels failed to single her out from the others.
So it comes as little surprise that in an official snapshot taken to announce five new tour dates, Mrs Beckham is at the heart of the group.

Left of centre: glum Victoria Beckham appeared less than thrilled with her spot on the Spice Girls bench in June
The women's glamorous image as they pose in strapless black dresses is a far cry from their brash, brassy appearances when they were first launched on the pop scene in 1996 - a change which is also said to have been instigated by Mrs Beckham.
There was some question over whether the Spice Girls - who have six children between them with a seventh on the way - can still carry off the feisty Girl Power tag when they are now mostly mothers in their 30s.
But if this picture is to be believed, the years have barely made a dent on their flawless complexions, sparkling features and immaculate hairdos.
Of course, the airbrushing the picture has undergone may explain how they have been able to defy the ravages of time and parenthood.

On the outer: speculation was rife that Posh was not pleased with her position on the outer
That has not stopped three million fans from registering on their website for tickets for the world tour, which will make the Spice Girls an estimated £10 million each.
Again showing who is top dog, the band squealed in a statement: "As our own VB (Victoria Beckham) would say, that is major."
It will take in LA and Las Vegas in the US, China, South Africa, Germany and Spain with just one date in London.
The new venues include Canada, two more dates in China and one in the US with a fifth date promised in the most popular city voted on their website.
