However, it seems as though her pregnancy could be starting to take its toll already on the 22-year-old as she looked exhausted by the end of her trip.
There were also fears that Allen's follow-up to her smash-hit first album, Alright, Still, could now be delayed because of her pregnancy.
Studio bosses were shocked to hear about the news on Wednesday and have reportedly accepted her new album may not be finished by the spring deadline.
"Lily's pregnancy is a shock. It is not great timing," a source told the Daily Star.
"She has been working hard on her new album, but she still has a long way to go on it. The tracks are all in the very early stages.

The singer announced she was pregnant on Wednesday
When Lily's pregnancy was confirmed on Wednesday, her representative insisted her career would continue as planned saying: "Lily's new album will be released as planned next year."
However, that now appears to be a bit too optimistic.
"The plan was for her to be in the studio early next year, then spend time promoting the LP. Now she is pregnant, priorities have changed," the source added.

Lily and boyfriend Ed Simons will be moving in together in January
"Nobody wants Lily to put her health at risk or substitute time with her partner and baby for work. She wants to bring the album out before she gives birth, but that doesn't seem realistic.
"The best thing would be to put the album on hold. Her record company will support her all the way."
Meanwhile, the Smile singer - who has been diagnosed with a heart murmer, has also been spotted wearing a gold ring on her engagement finger, prompting speculation that the pair are set to get married.
Allen, who has been dating Simons of The Chemical Brothers for two months, has recently decided to set up home with him.
Lily is in the process of buying a £700,000 pad in trendy Queen's Park, North London, and 37-year-old Ed will move in January.
