The Basic Instinct actress was wetting her whistle between photocalls at the Cannes Film Festival with white and red wine. She was spending the day on designer Roberto Cavalli's yacht as a guest at his party, which also included OC actress Mischa Barton.

Perhaps Ms Stone swapped from red to white in case the waves caused her to spill wine on to her pristine cream dress. She certainly changed clothes during the day anyway, including swapping the plunging gown for a tight snakeskin number.
Ms Stone, 49, is legendary for bringing glamour to the Cannes Film Festival. In 1992 she shocked onlookers by turning up in a dress with sunflower breastplates. The 60th festival opened on Wednesday.
