Revealed: Secrets of Gemma Atkinson's fabulous figure

The former Hollyoaks star, who has wowed viewers with her knock-out physique, was spotted doing yoga stretches at camp.

Before entering the show, she revealed she worked hard to keep herself in top shape.

She has said: "I train five days a week and I love boxing - it works every muscle in the body."

The actress, who recently trimmed down her body, also believes her slim line figure is down to eating "little and often."

While she's surviving on basics in the jungle, her usual diet is only marginally more exciting.

She says: "I have All-Bran for breakfast, wholemeal pasta for lunch and chicken with veg for dinner. I'll also snack on Ryvita or chocolate to perk me up."

Gemma has explained that her recent weight loss was the reason behind her decision to get a 34E breast enlargement.

She told her fellow campers: "I've always had big boobs. I started going to the gym, lost loads of weight and my boobs just went [down]."

"I had all this saggy skin so I went to see a surgeon and he said 'you have to trust me I'll put an implant back in to the size they were', but he said' I'm not going too big because you're a small frame.'"

She said: "I love having days when you don't have to make an effort. A few of the lads might be a bit disappointed when they see me with no makeup on and not airbrushed.

"They might think, 'hmmm, she's not actually that fit', but you know I'm just going to try and be myself."

Gemma only narrowly escaped eviction last night after dropping down to the final two.

She was spared however, with football pundit Rodney Marsh becoming the fifth jungle evictee.
