Rihanna gets frisky with robots on stage at Echo Awards

Rihanna was determined not to be outdone by Lady GaGa's recent show-stopping performance at the Brits and pulled out all the stops during her set at the Echo Awards in Berlin.
At the ceremony, which is the German equivalent of the Brits, she took her inspiration from Transformers and kissed robot-type figures during her performance of new single Rude Boy.
The 22-year-old star wore a black and white bodysuit, with a white frill on the bottom; a very different look from the Alexandre Vauthier bottle green jumpsuit and nude Christian Louboutin stilettos she wore on the red-carpet earlier in the evening.
Pop singer Ke$ha, also dubbed Baby Gaga, went for a raunchy stage image. She wore a black PVC catsuit, which was unzipped to the navel to show off a sparkly black bra.
She accessorised the look with black studded biker boots and a feathered crown. Instead of robots, she opted for a set of dancers to join her who were painted head to toe in gold.
Other performers at the star-studded event included Brits Robbie Williams and Sade. This marked Sade's return to the music scene. She looked svelte in a tight white dress, slashed to the thigh, and black belt.
Meanwhile, Gossip frontwoman Beth Ditto performed in a colourful feather print dress with chains and impressive eye makeup.
But despite not being present at the ceremony it was Lady GaGa that was crowned queen of pop again. She was named winner of the Best International Female Award over nominees including Beyonce, Whitney Houston and Pink.
