It also bills the Queen's grandson as a "skirt-chasing, hard-partying royal pain".
It claims to gives details of his late-night partying and brief stint in rehab after admitting abusing marijuana and alcohol.
Of the decision to run the fake picture, which was created by super-imposing the Prince's head onto a model's body, Radar spokesman Adam Raymond told Australia's Daily Telegraph: "We thought it was just a fun way to poke a bit of fun and illustrate the way Harry is behind closed doors."
He added : "Certainly they [William and Harry] should not be untouchable - especially considering the amount they put themselves in the public eye by going out and going wild."
