In a storyline seemingly inspired by Brad Pitt's hit film Fight Club, the down-on-his-luck resident, played by Mark Furze, agrees to a bare-knuckle bout in a desperate bid to pay off his rising debt.

However, Ric, a reformed bully who is is no strange to using his fists, is shocked to discover just how tough his opponent really is.
Furze told the Daily Star: "The fight is in an underground car park and it all seems a lot more brutal than Ric imagined.
"He honestly doesn't think he can win against the guy he's facing and reckons he'll get beaten to a pulp.
The actor says he trained intensely for the dramatic scenes.
He says: "I worked even harder in the gym to build myself up."
