The 21-year-old Lost In Translation star will design her own retro-inspired sportswear range.
Called Scarlett "Hearts" Rbk, the footwear and clothing line will be available from spring next year. Johansson will model the collection in a global ad campaign.
The sportswear company's president and chief executive Paul Harrington said: "Reebok is thrilled to partner with Scarlett because she is a world-renowned style icon and truly an inspiration for today's young women.
"Scarlett embodies the pulse points of our brand - individuality, authenticity and a life lived to the fullest in perpetual motion.
"These characteristics make her the perfect fit for our new women's footwear and apparel collection and also for our exciting new women's campaign."
Johansson is regularly voted among the world's best-dressed celebrities.
She said: "I am very enthusiastic about working with Reebok to design this line."
Her range promises "sophisticated detailing and unexpected twists" and is designed "to take today's multi-dimensional woman from the studio to the street in style".
The promotional campaign, which also kicks off next spring, will include TV and print ads.
Johansson recently signed a deal to be the face of beauty firm L'Oreal.
She found fame as a 13-year-old in The Horse Whisperer.
Since then she has starred in a string of hit films including Girl With A Pearl Earring and Lost In Translation.
She is currently filming new Woody Allen film Scoop, a follow-up to last year's Match Point.
