Dressed in a gold and silver outfit with studded sandals, she took to the floor with partner Alessandro Camerotto for a sensuous salsa to Zucchero's Baila Morena.
Her performance was hailed as a triumph by the judges, who awarded her an impressive 33 points out of 40.
The programme marks a return to form for Naomi, who has admitted in the past to attending anger-management classes to deal with her quick temper.
