Just two days ago she was vamping it up for a Elle photoshoot in Paris.
But last night Posh proved that, even with the most expensive skin treatments, a girl can't beat the scourge of pimples.
Minus the make-up and mood lighting, Posh's Braille-like forehead was impossible to hide as she left Geri Halliwell's Hampstead home after an evening there with fellow Spice Girl Melanie Chisholm.

Victoria is back in London work on a new collection for her fashion label DVD.
She is also preparing to hit the stage again - much earlier than expected.
The Spice Girls are planning to perform in Hollywood at this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, according to reports.
A source told Us magazine: "[They] are rehearsing for it already. It's going to be their big comeback appearance."
They are set to appear at the high-profile lingerie show on November 15, three weeks before the official world tour kicks off in Vancouver.
The annual fashion show is a highly anticipated fixture on Hollywood's social calendar.
Last year, pop star Justin Timberlake gave a knock-out performance of his hit SexyBack while the likes of Gisele Bundchen strutted around him on the catwalk.
