Stuart and Rachel face the public vote as they are nominated for eviction

Rachel and Stuart are set to discover what the British public thinks of them this Friday - as the pair have been nominated for eviction.

The Welsh teacher and the house hunk received the most votes from their fellow housemates, and will face the axe at the end of the week.

Personal trainer Stuart survived last week's eviction battle after Dale was booted out with 63 per cent of the vote.

But the victory has failed to cheer up the 25-year-old, who continues to voice his desire to leave the house as he misses his young daughter, Mia.

Brunette Rachel infuriated housemates during her reign as the Head of House, coming  under fire from Rex after the baking task, in which Heaven and Hell competed to build cake versions of London monuments.

Hellmates Mikey, Nicole and Kathreya appeared to give up on their challenge, walloping frosting all over their version of the capital's Millennium Dome.

Meanwhile, Rex and his fellow Heavenly inhabitants went to painstaking detail to recreate St Paul's cathedral.

And despite their efforts, Rachel decided to award the prize to Mikey's group, insisting their cake tasted better.

Rachel has previously been put up for eviction once before, when she was caught with Darnell, Kathreya, Maysoon, Mohamed, Rex and Stuart discussing nominations in code.

It is the third time Stuart faces the public vote.

Meanwhile, Rex has finally been reunited with his teenage girlfriend Nicole - and has wasted no time in making up for lost time.

The 24-year-old - who had not seen his girlfriend for 10 weeks before she entered the house - jumped into bed with Nicole on Monday night.    But their romp under the covers was interrupted, after Rex was called to the Diary Room.

The pair immediately stopped in their tracks and giggled.

Rex said: "Oh no, why me?"

"Are they going to ask you about rudies Rex?" Rachel asked.

"Yeah, don't fall asleep!" he warned Nicole.

Rex took a few minutes to gather himself before entering the Diary Room.

"This should be interesting," he said.

"Is Nicole keeping you up?" asked Big Brother.

"Yeah I'm finding it really hard."

Rex and Nicole are not the first housemates to be interrupted by Big Brother.

Mario was often called to the Diary Room when he shared an under the cover moment with girlfriend Lisa.
