Sugababe Amelle Berrabah said she 'couldn't stop screaming' after seeing the horrific injuries her boyfriend sustained after he was attacked with a machete on Christmas Eve.
Freddie Fuller, 25, was found lying in a pool of blood with his left arm and leg hanging by a thread after the attack in Aldershot, Hampshire.
A Hampshire Police spokesman said today that a 28-year-old man from Aldershot, understood to be Mr Fuller's brother-in-law, has been freed on police bail after being arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.

Former tree surgeon Mr Fuller, from Hammersmith, in West London, also suffered huge gashes and stab wounds to his head and legs.
The couple were reportedly enjoying a night out with friends at Yates's Wine Lodge before the attack.
He underwent an emergency six-hour operation at Frimley Park Hospital, in Surrey, to save his limbs and Amelle, 23, was said to have spent Christmas Day by his bedside in intensive care.

A source close to Amelle told The Sun: "Freddie's arm was almost hacked clean off and he lost a hell of a lot of blood.
"It was an horrific injury and the arm was hanging by a thread."
Hampshire Police refused to deny or confirm the reports but said officers were investigating a fight between two men in Aldershot.
"Detectives in Aldershot are investigating the circumstances surrounding an altercation between two men," a police spokesman said.
"The incident occurred at around 9.15pm in Heathland Street in Aldershot on Christmas Eve in which a 25-year-old local man suffered serious arm and leg injuries."
