Mills, who competed in the series last season, was spotted in the audience where she cheered on performances by Spice Girl Melanie Brown and actress Jane Seymour.
She grinned and giggled throughout the show, and during breaks, she chatted happily to Brady Bunch star Florence Henderson who was seated next to her.

Later, she posed for photographers back stage while catching up with the show's professional dancers.
Mills flew to the US earlier this week after the deadline she set her estranged husband Sir Paul McCartney to agree a £50 million divorce passed without a resolution.
She is having a meeting in Los Angeles with American film writer and producer Robert von Dassanowsky to discuss the making of a film of her life, according to sources.

She is keen to get Reese Witherspoon, 31, who won a best actress Oscar last year for her portrayal of June Carter Cash in Walk the Line, to play her.
After the show, Mills, who arrived to the set with the aid of a crutch, discussed her latest health issues.
She told US program Extra TV: "I had a broken pelvis when I danced in 'Dancing With the Stars'.

Back in the US: sources say Heather is hoping to line up interviews with Larry King and Oprah Winfrey during her stay in America
"I eventually have to take four months off for surgery, I just can't take four months out right now!"
She added: "I was in a wheelchair for a few days.
"Then I got realigned and cracked back into place by a chiropractor. I'm down to one crutch now."
"I've had a high pain threshold for a long time."
While in the US, Mills reportedly hopes to arrange an interview with Oprah Winfrey and US chat show host Larry King in which, sources say, she "will not hold back".
