Trading faces: Dan Aykroyd's double chin just isn't funny

Actor Dan Aykroyd looks like he may have to make a call ... to the gym-busters.

The Ghostbusters star was pictured outside LA restaurant Koi appearing visibly heavier. Most noticeably, he has gained a large amount of weight on his chin.

Undeterred, Aykroyd went on to enjoy a sumptuous feast at the trendy eatery, which specialises in gourmet Asian cuisine.

Aykroyd, 55, is a regular fixture on America's nightlife scene and is often photographed enjoying fancy dinners in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

But clearly the actor, who shot to fame after co-writing and starring in Blues Brothers, has taken his love of cuisine a little too far.

After his Blues Brothers fame, Aykroyd went on to star in a string of hit films including Trading Places and Driving Miss Daisy.

In 1983, he married actress Donna Dixon, with whom he starred in a number of movies.

They have three daughters: Danielle, Belle Kingston and Stella Irene August.
