Twice divorced Pamela Anderson files for annulment of whirlwind nine-week marriage

In newly released legal documents the 40-year-old Baywatch actress is citing 'fraud' as the reason for the annulment but does not go into any further detail.
In court papers filed last week she asked the court not to deny her third husband spousal support and to keep their income and property separate.

And in an attempt to keep the details of her third failed marriage secret, she has also filed a request to have a retired judge handle the annulment proceedings.
A common practice in celebrity break-ups in the US because it keeps matters private and out of the court.
Anderson and Salomon were married in Oct 6 2007 in Las Vegas and she filed for divorce on December 13.

Prior to his marriage to Pamela - his second and her third - he was best known for making a lurid sex tape with former girlfriend Paris Hilton and was previously married to actress Shannen Doherty.
Pamela was previously married to singer Kid Rock and Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee.
As news of her bid for annulment was revealed, the former Baywatch star was back at work on the set of her new movie.
The former Baywatch star donned a skin-tight blue suit for her role as the Invisible Woman in the spoof of the box office hit Fantastic Four starring Jessica Alba.
In the film Pamela provides her own take on the superhero look, but it's not hard to see what her special powers might be.
The actress is no stranger to flaunting her figure as she recently took to the stage in Paris to perform a one-off show which saw her riding a a black motorcycle dressed in nothing but a body stocking, charging £150 per ticket.
The show, which took place at the notorious Crazy Horse, also featured Pamela dancing to Brigitte Bardot's hit song "Harley Davidson", according to a People.com report.
