Sporty Posh: Wearing wedge pumps, Victoria Beckham gives it her best shot
Think again. The ex-Spice Girl is apparently green with envy at couples living on council estates and has hinted she would happily swop life at Beckingham Palace for a job in a bank as long as David was by her side.
Victoria told OK! Magazine she'd choose her man above fame and fortune, saying: "I long for us to be living together all the time.
"Sometimes I see a couple who've just finished work, sitting in their car, and she's got a Barclay's bank badge on and he's got his Dixon's badge on, and they're going home for dinner.
"Sometimes that looks nice to me, but we all want something we don't have."
She added: "I can't do without love. I would rather live in a council flat with David than in Beckingham Palace without him."
Impressive words, but given David Beckham's multimillion pound move to Major League Soccer team LA Galaxy, it's almost certain it will never come to that.
David previously echoed Victoria's sentiments as he once said: "I'd have liked Victoria even if she worked in Tesco."
However, it's clear Victoria's not ready to give up her money-spinning day job just yet.
Posh turned Sporty Spice during a recent appearance at a baseball park in the Los Angeles, where she filmed scenes for her reality show.

Victoria was filmed throwing the ceremonial first pitch at a baseball game between the New York Mets and the Los Angeles Dodgers
Dressed for the part in a Dodgers sports jacket, white shorts, high-heeled white pumps and oversized glasses, Victoria played catch with Dodgers pitcher Derek Lowe in preparation for throwing out the ceremonial first pitch at the New York Mets v Los Angeles Dodgers game.
NBC has signed a deal for six episodes of a 30-minute unscripted series recording the former Spice Girl's move from the UK with husband David and children Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz.
Beckham is in Spain finishing out his contract with Real Madrid, which ends June 30.

Victoria practices some 'tosses'. She's not known for being sporty but certainly looks the part
When asked about when the move to California will take place, she said: "Mid-July, I reckon."
"As a family, we're really excited about moving to L.A. He's looking forward to coming to a Dodgers game as well."
Victoria is fast becoming a fixture on LA's celebrity scene, following an appearance at the MTV film awards, and friendships with A-list stars Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and Jennifer Lopez.
She said she was "really nervous" about delivering the ceremonial first pitch. But onlookers said many of her practice tosses to Dodgers pitcher Lowe in the area behind home plate were on-target.

Is it a bird or a plane: No it's just Victoria having fun on the baseball field
"I've been to lots of football stadiums, but this is something else," she said. "I'm going to do the best I can. It's a huge honour for me. David's going to be watching at home."
Surrounded by cameras and photographers, she was filmed having a conversation with Tom Lasorda, a manager of the Dodgers who is now a club executive.

Girl on film: As well as being filmed for her own reality series Victoria was surrounded by camera crews and photographers
He told Beckham: "You'd better tell people that you really love the Dodgers."
"OK, I love the Dodgers," she replied with an uncustomary smile.
It's unclear when Victoria's reality show, produced by Simon Fuller, co-creator of "American Idol" and former manager of the Spice Girls, will air.
Fuller manages both Beckhams and helped negotiate the famed athlete's lucrative soccer deal.
