The former Spice Girl's diminutive but finely-toned frame was dwarfed as the pair enjoyed a training session in a North London park.

Her beefy companion - with more than a passing resemblance to Mr Incredible, the superhero with bulging muscles and broad jaw - also doubles as her bodyguard.

Even his huge calf muscles are wider than Harry, Miss Halliwell's precious shih-tzu, who had no chance of tugging the lead out of his hand.

However, it was not just a stroll for the burly bodyguard. Red in the face, he looked like he had put more effort into the training session than his client.

Since the birth of her daughter Bluebell Madonna in May last year, the 34-year-old has worked hard to tone up her body and is now a svelte Size Eight.

Some friends have expressed concern about her two-and-a-half stone weight loss since she had her daughter.

She favours outdoor exercise including power walks and stomach crunch routines. Her trainer is from London company Outdoor Extreme, which specialises in exercise courses set in public parks.
