The Hollywood star drew some of the capital's most beautiful women out to play on his pre-premiere club night and, of course, they all made a huge effort.
To promote his new movie Leatherheads, Clooney hosted a dinner at one of London's top restaurants followed by a shindig at uber-trendy club Bungalow 8.

And one guest was particularly pumped up for the occasion: Jemima Khan, whose mysteriously boosted decolletage was the talk of partygoers.
The ex-wife of former Pakistan cricket captain, Imran Khan, and on-off flame of Hugh Grant is usually as demure as they come, but with her trendy pinstripes, shocking pink minibelt and low-cut top, she stood out from a crowd which included model Elle Macpherson, film stars Thandie Newton and Natascha McElhone... and that takes some doing.
With Clooney's former fling Mariella Frostrup and Helena Bonham Carter also in tow, the group partied until 1am.

One partygoer revealed the excitement that Clooney's arrival had caused at the nightclub. "Everyone was in high spirits... and they were really in the mood to party," said the source.
"Staff had laid out their best champagne, vodka and mixers for them all to enjoy, but they were more busy chatting to really bother about getting drunk.
"You could tell Jemima and Mariella were over the moon to be partying with him. At one point they started dancing to a few songs - forgetting, or not caring, that people were watching."
Earlier in the evening Clooney was the guest of honour at a dinner hosted by Harper's Bazaar editor Lucy Yeomans, at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Covent Garden.
Joining him was his Ocean's 13 co-star Matt Damon, director Tim Burton and his partner Bonham Carter, Newton, Macpherson, McElhone and Bob Geldof - among a host of other movers and shakers.

Still, there was no pleasing some people and Bonham Carter was overheard complaining by several guests, at one point saying to Burton: "What are we even doing here?"
But everything else went smoothly. Our spy inside told us: "The French chefs served the guests foie gras to start, followed by quail and a chocolate dessert."

Before the meet and greet with fans, Clooney managed to squeeze in a visit to Downing Street, where he met Prime Minister Gordon Brown and his wife Sarah.
The actor was looking remarkably fresh - bearing in mind his Bungalow 8 visit the night before - probably because he had a serious issue to raise in his role as a United Nations 'messenger of peace'.

Clooney said Brown had been 'amazingly helpful' in their talks on Darfur
The 46-year-old actor has become an advocate for the troubled region and said the PM had been 'amazingly helpful' when asked for his support to bring stability to the area.
After all that, it was no surprise Clooney had an appetite and he headed out with Zellweger to Automat restaurant.
The Mayfair restaurant specialises in American cuisine and after a busy couple of days plugging his movie and engaging beautiful women in conversation, a taste of home probably felt great.
