Snapper Oliver Polter gets soaked
The erratic singer was alone at Moss's St John's Wood home when he snapped and tipped the water over the shocked photographer.
Just hours earlier, Doherty, 28, won approval at a review of his drug treatment order at Thames Magistrates' Court.
Kate narrowly missed getting wet
Doherty hinted that Moss, 33, had given him an ultimatum over his drug use. He said: "The people I'm closest to have had enough. They've said it's drugs or them."
Outside the court there was no sign of the outburst that was to come later, as Doherty signed autographs for fans and strummed his guitar for waiting journalists.
