Court documents reportedly show she has filed to end her 23-year marriage to Terry Gene Bollea, Hogan's real name.
No reasons are indicated in the papers, according to press reports.
The split follows them starring with their two children in US reality TV show Hogan Knows Best.
The couple's relationship was recently rocked when son Nick, 17, crashed his car while street racing, leaving passenger and family friend John Graziano, 22, with severe brain injuries.
Also, their daughter Brooke's attempt at a music career has been ridiculed in the US media.

Linda, 46, has also acted as business manager for 6ft 8in, 20-stone Hogan, 54.
Hulk Hogan was popular as a champion of the World Wrestling Federation in the 1980's and will host the NBC game show American Gladiators in 2008.
