They're music legends who have been in the industry for over a decade and are enjoying phenomenal success second time around.
She's the 21-year-old reality TV show winner with one hit under her belt.
Yet come this Sunday, X Factor winner Leona Lewis is set to beat boyband Take That to the number one spot.
Lewis's CD single Bleeding Love is outselling Take That's Rule The World by three to one, and Britney Spears' Gimme More by ten to one, in Woolworths.
She is also the number one download on iTunes.

Competing with Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Jason Orange and Howard Donald is a terrifying, if not recurring, feat for the modest girl from north London.
Lewis bagged the Christmas number one spot last year with her debut single A Moment Like This, knocking the band off the prime position with their comeback single Patience.
The veteran boyband may have even contributed to Lewis's runaway success then, after they sang with her in the X Factor final, which was watched by almost 13 million viewers.

Simon Cowell describes Lewis as 'one of the best singers we've had in this country for 20 years'
This time round however, it is sheer talent and musical merit which is seeing Lewis enjoy a career longer than the designated 15 minutes assigned to most reality TV show winners.
Her voice has constantly been likened to those of her idols - Mariah Carey, Celine Dion and Houston herself - and manager Simon Cowell describes her as "one of the best singers we've had in this country for 20 years".
